Do I need experience with strength training?

Not at all. We start where you are and build from there — safely, progressively, and with full confidence.

What does a typical session look like?

Every session is purposeful and structured around your programme. We warm up properly, work through your main lifts with coaching cues and form feedback, and finish with accessory work. No filler, no fluff.

How long before I start seeing results?

You will notice meaningful changes in strength, mobility and energy within 4–6 weeks. The physical changes follow. We focus on performance first — the rest takes care of itself.

Is this suitable for women going through perimenopause or menopause?

Absolutely — this is exactly who I work with. Strength training is one of the most evidence-backed interventions for managing hormonal transitions. We train with your physiology, not against it.
