Where are sessions held?

In-person sessions can take place at my private studio in Rufforth or at Elevate Studios in Holgate. Exact location is shared once we've had an initial conversation.

How often will we train?

For 1:1 clients, most women train 2–3 times per week. We'll agree on a frequency that works for your schedule and goals during our discovery call.

What if I have an injury or health condition?

This is exactly the kind of context I work with. I specialise in training women navigating health challenges — including prolapse, perimenopause, menopause, and post-injury recovery. We always start with a thorough assessment.

How much does it cost?
